I made tiny voice comparison of Transformers Prime’s English and Japanese dubs.
Voices of Starscream, Arcee, Optimus Prime, Ratchet and Megatron. I’m sorry that I didn’t manage to get clip’s from episode Master and Student, because that episode had quite interesting voice acting by Japanese Starscream.
I will also try to get clips with more characters voices, but there is still not many episodes aired in Japan. But I surely can’t wait to hear KO’s or BD’s voices…
I’m watching both versions of TFP, English dubbed version from internet and Japanese dubbed from TV. This is why it’s easier to get English dubbed clips than Japanese.
But Yeah that Starscream’s voice.. You should just hear when he screams “Transform~!”
just letting you guys know, I can’t think of ANYTHING I hate more than Starscreams japanese voice. His english voice is SO AMAZING… I don’t understand why they have to make him sound like he’s retarded. He’s a popular recurring character that we’ll have to hear a lot and they make him a joke … I mean he makes himself a joke anyways but DAMN.
Also, nitpicking but Ratchet sounds WAY too young/awesome for Ratchet in japanese.
